Rising Static Fields is presented as a single, continuous artistic statement rather than a collection of discrete performances. The recording is conceived around balance, internal weight, and proportion, with each element occupying a clearly defined role within a larger formal system. Interaction is deliberate and restrained, allowing tension and release to emerge through ensemble alignment rather than emphasis or display.
This work is a conceptual ensemble recording shaped through human artistic direction in close dialogue with artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is employed strictly as an analytical and generative instrument, used to examine pattern, proportion, ensemble behavior, and long form balance. Its role remains subordinate to human judgment, historical awareness, and aesthetic intent, functioning as a research tool rather than an expressive agent. The result is framed as a historically situated document, concerned with structure, authority, and collective motion, offering a sober reflection on how sound can organize space, pressure, and time.
