Public View presents a disciplined ensemble document shaped by proportion, restraint, and internal dialogue. The music unfolds as a continuous argument rather than a sequence of events, favoring balance over display and structure over emphasis. Gestures are measured, materials recur with altered weight, and density is treated as a variable rather than a goal.
This work is a conceptual ensemble recording realized through human artistic direction with artificial intelligence employed as an analytical and generative instrument. The system was used to examine pattern, long-form balance, ensemble behavior, and proportional relationships, always subordinate to human judgment, historical awareness, and aesthetic intent. No literal session is implied. Instead, the album functions as an archival construction, positioned within an early-1960s European modernist lineage where clarity, tension, and collective logic take precedence over individual assertion.
