Minutes Were Rearranged is conceived as a single, continuous investigation into balance, pressure, and proportion within a civic interior imagined through sound. The record treats the ensemble as a formal system rather than a collection of voices, with attention given to density, spacing, and the friction created when elements refuse alignment. Pacing is deliberately unsettled. Motion appears, recedes, and reconfigures without resolution.
This work is a conceptual ensemble recording created through human artistic direction and artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence functions strictly as an analytical and generative instrument used to examine pattern, proportion, ensemble behavior, and long form balance. All decisions of emphasis, restraint, and historical framing remain subordinate to human judgment, aesthetic intent, and period awareness. The result is presented as an archival document, positioned between composition and abstraction, where structure is felt rather than explained and coherence emerges through sustained tension.
